Consideration of additional remuneration for Round 1,2 testers

I ask the Adminstration to consider additional remuneration testers round 1,2 as they were quite difficult for ordinary citizens and took a long time to study the technical aspects of the test. Also, participation in rounds 1, 2 confirms the early commitment to the project!
