I will add from myself - the proposed system looks promising! 
I think that the weight of votes on the vesting contract should have a multiplier of 2.5 - 3. By making it less, we risk minimizing the positive effect of the main element of the system.
The only place that raises a question is below.
Depending on the principles of the initial token distribution, this may play against us.
But to be honest. Anyway, it’s insignificant!
