I think involving more people will benefit Soft DAO more as airdrop has marketing effect, but we can make it the first 300 get more airdrops than average people in leaderboard.

The idea to encourage the first 300 participants is correct and I support it. But we must not forget about the rest of the participants, they also took part and therefore there should be awards for them too, I propose to allocate a fund for the remaining 1000 people of the leaderboard and distribute it between 100 people randomly.

I propose to make the reward easier, if the drop is in tokens, then you need to remove the last zero in the achievements of xp and reward everyone who worked hard

- 1-50 in the leaderboard
- 51-100 in the leaderboard
- 101-200 in the leaderboard
- 201-300 leaders

I think that awards are worthy of no more than 100 people, as I came into the project about a month ago and is 31 place in the top, just being active, and not all tasks performed, respectively, all who are not in the top 100, I think either bots, or not very much wanted to do something

I protest, I disagree! This offer is good only for the top 300, in which case only they will share the entire award, but they do not think about other members of the community, and they also contributed and did something. How can this unite the community? If all the participants did something useful for the community, but for some reason the award should be shared by the chosen 300 “Spartans”. Is this distribution consistent with the values of the DAO community? It’s more like a conservative society where a small group - the elite - has the vast majority of resources and decides for the rest.
I think that all members of crew3 can and should fairly claim for the award, and the size of the award should directly depend on the contribution - the level of each individual participant. I think this distribution of awards is more in line with the values of the DAO and the decentralization of the community.
And here are some other considerations: if a participant is far from the first places in the list, then he essentially has no chance to enter the top of the list, and if only the top 300 share the award, then what motivation should move such a participant? why would he do something? As a result, only these 300 “best” ones will be left to do quests in crew3.

This is a bad idea, Many people use bots to get to the top 50, or even the top 200. In the first place the rewards should not be SOFT tokens. The rewards should be something else for now. People who say this is a good i dea are people who just want tokens. If there are any rewards, it should be shared with everyone who participated.

I think it makes sense to do the rewarding with nft.
e.g;
1-10 ==> rare nft
10-50 ==> standard nft
50-100 ==> simple nft
