Position Overview:
As Growth Contributor, you will guide the DAO in an evolving and ambiguous environment. You’ll be responsible for growing the community, establishing partnerships, raising capital, and driving activity within the DAO. Your leadership will be critical in achieving the goal of widespread blockchain adoption with high ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the Soft DAO community by engaging with blockchain enthusiasts, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other blockchain projects, organizations, and institutions to further Soft DAO’s objectives.
- Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts, including token sales, grants, and other funding mechanisms to secure the necessary resources for Soft DAO’s growth and development.
- Activity Generation: Drive the development and implementation of initiatives, projects, and protocols within the DAO to generate activity and promote the use of Soft DAO’s solutions.
- Mission and Vision Alignment: Ensure that all activities and decisions align with Soft DAO’s mission, vision, and core values.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work with legal advisors to navigate regulatory challenges and promote blockchain adoption in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a diverse team of contributors and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leadership positions within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
- Strong understanding of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and the blockchain ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive results.
- Track record of successfully raising capital and forming strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in spoken English. Additional languages a plus.
- Deep commitment to the core values of Soft DAO, including ethics, trust in code, a builder’s mindset, and a focus on community.
