I liked the first option, but I think that it is not finalized. It also uses a lot of dull colors, on which the font is hard to read.
the name must be done with a font like the logo.
We need to think about the background so that it contrasts more with the font color of the text.
In general, the second option is more animated, and more impressive, although it is made on a template basis.

Both are nice design, Nosam version is too dark, so i prefer blue&white color from R_Z. It’s more easy looking and more moden style.

No offense to the first participant, but the second site layout looks much more interesting and pleasing to the eye. Plus the quality of the interface and design, plus the color combinations chosen very well. I as a user and someone who works in Figma, unequivocally vote for option 2.

Nevertheless, the design of nosam.eth/NET is also quite interesting, but it is clear that he did not have enough time to finish it.

Overall, I think they both look good.
Buy if only can select one. I like design from Nosam.
I suggest better use orange color to primary color. It will look more attractive. 
I tried a mock-up example. It should help make it stand out.

Hard decison to make. I belive that Dao will make best choice. The difference is really small, congrats to both of them, I vote for Nosam
