I voted to RZ option. There are several reason for that. Colours are more friendly for eyes. I like his structure with subheadings and cells for feeling, like the one for putting e-mail.

I liked the first option, but I think that it is not finalized. It also uses a lot of dull colors, on which the font is hard to read.
the name must be done with a font like the logo.
We need to think about the background so that it contrasts more with the font color of the text.

Good job, guys! I am totally on board with this! Remember that the first site reflects a certain technology and, interestingly enough, reflects the core of the project. This is something that we need to keep in mind.
The second website is more friendly to users and simpler to understand.

Both options can be considered as an approach. However, IMHO, none of them are finalized and can be fully utilized at this time. Therefore, I would kindly advise to make a cooperation between both parties and let them to unite and complete their mutual project.
