I support this suggestion and I think that the idea itself is great. Also I support the tier system, but I think that it would be better to rebalance tiers in order to make them more equal (i.e. to lower rewards for top tiers and increase rewards for low tiers).

Very good initiative. If people devote their time to passing and earning points in Crew3, then the reward should be appropriate. Pump Crew3, climb the Leaderboard and you will be rewarded from the project!!!
