Compensation for Community Leaders and Ambassadors

It is difficult for me to assess the work and the load on community leaders and ambassadors. Here my comment may be biased.

Regarding this. I can see very well how these guys work, I’m in the community since - 04/28/2022.
Taking into account the initial stage of development of the Soft DAO, I propose to leave the amount of payment in USDT as it was proposed. On the other hand, taking into account their efforts and, in general, the time they have invested in supporting the community, I propose to double the payout in SOFT tokens.

It is a great proposal, but I think that it could be even better if you add some project tokens too.

Hi all, a good idea, if you pay in tokens (with a lock for a year) it will be a good boost for the guys) also everyone who does something needs to be thanked too! We will wait until the project is fully launched))

This approach is of course fair and honest, I can’t say that the number of remuneration in usdt pleases, but 5000 soft tokens can pleasantly surprise us. So everything seems to be a balanced ratio :slightly_smiling_face:

If we can pay in Soft tokens, it would be great. However, we need to first increase its value because it would be better if everything can be paid for using Soft tokens.

I think it’s a good idea, because without the coordinated work of these people, it would be difficult to get any information. We should appreciate this work that they have done. Every day they tried to be with us and support us in everything and we supported them :slight_smile:

I agree in whole with the honor. The men that work here directly put forth a lot of effort, actively support the neighborhood, and handle any issues that arise.

I agree with the terms above, this helps us build the community, but let’s reward active members, not just ambassadors or managers.

Monthly payments need to be increased:

Community Leaders: 600 USDT per month
Ambassadors: 300 USDT per month

These people certainly deserve to be happy, both for encouragement.

A good idea to motivate employees on behalf of the community should be on new purchases because we are a growing community
