I think give it as monthly usdt, don’t give it as a soft token. Please follow those who are not active and not helpful. There are those who deserve and those who don’t. Don’t give less than $600 to those who deserve it.

A reward is definitely needed. I think it is reasonable to increase the reward because this work requires a lot of time and energy from people
- Community Leaders: 800 USDT per month
- Ambassadors: 300 USDT per month

Each work must be paid, it may make sense to pay the ambassadors not in USD but in project tokens, as the high-quality work of ambassadors can also affect the exchange rate of tokens, and this would provide additional motivation.

Ambassadors deserve to receive decent pay, both in project tokens and in stablecoins. it really motivates them. But the ambassador must meet the requirements.

Also make an assessment of ambassadorial activity in several areas. Activity in social networks and discord and contribution to the project (infographics, memes, articles, translations, etc.). Investments are more expensive.

I believed the rate is a bit low. The expense and work for the project require a lot of work effort and time on it. In my opinion, it should be around 500$ minimum for the Ambassadors and 1000$ for Community leaders. In the future, when the token is released on the secondary market. It should then be in the form of $soft.
