Compensation for Community Leaders and Ambassadors

Each work must be paid
And I suggest to increase rewards for ambassadors
At least 600-800 USDT and 5000 SOFT
It would be fair

Yes, I think this is a good idea and should be approved

Glad that what they’ve been doing are recognized and rewarded. I wish there’ll be more programs like this in the future for the community to engage at different levels.

Looks reasonable. Agree to the proposal as time and effort should be compensated. Good motivation to add more value to the token.

An interesting updated offer that logically increases the reward if the project is actively developing. Interesting idea about compensation to performance. I think it is possible to draw up a system of points and tasks for them that need to be completed within a month, determine the necessary minimums and rewards for overfulfilling the plan.))

I fully support it. All work must be paid for. When’s the next set? :grinning:

As for me, the reward is too small. Their help and dedication to the project over time deserves more heartfelt rewards.

I’m glad the team is listening to the voice of the community; I might have expected more pay raises for leaders and ambassadors, but the fact that the team is responsive to feedback is very motivating!

This proposal obviously seams to me fair, but I think there should be bonuses fo ambassadors within 1 year of work and so forth

Anybody knows how many ambassodors and community leaders are there in project. It will be usefull to show the number of person who will get rewards on the table. Also it will be usefull to clear max number of ambassadors and leaders if their number will increase.

it may make sense to pay the ambassadors not in USD but in project tokens, as the high-quality work of ambassadors can also affect the exchange rate of tokens, and this would provide additional motivation

people need to be encouraged, this proposal looks reasonable

I agree, time and effort should be compensated, especially for leaders who really benefit the project.

It’s good to hear that there is support for increasing the compensation offered and tying it to performance. Adding SOFT tokens as incentives is also a great idea to further align rewards with Soft DAO success. This approach can help motivate participants to work harder to meet DAO goals and increase overall project value.

To be a Leader, influencer or ambassador is a hard work. Compensation for community is a good job!

The proposal highlights the importance of removing any Community Leader or Ambassador found to be incentivizing fake engagements, bots, or mercenary/shallow engagement (i.e., value extractive).

Overall, the implementation steps seem well-organized and include a trial period of six months, with an opportunity for the DAO to review the results and determine whether to continue, modify, or discontinue the program.

If approved, this proposal has the potential to benefit Soft DAO and its community by attracting and retaining top talent to represent and promote the community.

I hope this level will be approved :crossed_fingers:
Komarick and Kiros well deserved, guys :+1:
I hope also issue with allocations will be resolved soon, waiting from end of previous year :fist:

That’s a great offer. I’m always in favor of encouraging active community members in various ways. Kir_os and Komarick are robots in general, they should be put on a normal salary, because they are dragging a lot of work on themselves.

Of course, the reward is necessary. After all, being an ambassador or a community leader is, first of all, responsibility and work.
